WE ALL ARE FAMILIAR WITH SUICIDE BOMBINGS IN WESTERN COUNTRIES,PAKISTAN INDIA AND OTHER COUNTRIES.SOME EVIL BUSINESS ARE USING THE LIVES OF FEW MUSLIMS FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT.BEING A MUSLIM IS A GREAT GIFT BUT IT IS A MATTER OF SORROW THAT SOME EVIL PEOPLE USE THESE FEW MUSLIMS FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT.AND MOREOVER INNOCENT MUSLIMS ARE TORCHERED BY WELL DEVELOPED COUNTRIES SO BADLY THAT THEY LOOSE THEIR BALANCE AND SENCE.MUSLIMS ARE RAPED AND THEY WATCH THE DEATH OF THEIR FAMILY RIGHT INFRONT OF THEIR EYES THE PROOFS ARE GIVEN ON MANY WEBSITES AND TV.FEW MUSLIMS ARE TOLD THAT THEY SHOULD KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN WIN,TAKE REVENGE FOR THE DEATH OF THEIR MOTHER/BROTHER/SISTER.OR BY DOING SO THEY CAN GET PARADISE WITH YOUNG WOMEN.THESE ARE ALL WRONG.ALLAH AND OUR RASUL MUHAMMAD(SA) ARE CLEARLY AGAINST IT.THESE FEW MUSLIMS WHO USE TO SAY THEIR PRAYERS 5 TIMES A DAY IF THEY KILL INNOCENT MUSLIMS OR NON MUSLIMS THEY WILL SURELY GO TO JAHANNAM AND THEY WILL BURN IN HELL FIRE RIGHT AFTER THEIR ACTION LIKE SUICIDE BOMBING AND KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE.EITHER A PERSON CAN BE ON THE PATH OF ALLAH OR ON THE PATH OF SHAITAN.THERE IS NOTHING IN BETWEEN.IF ALLAH SAID NOT TO KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE AND NOT TO SUICIDE AND IF YOU DO SUCH THING THEN YOU ARE CLEARLY FOLLOWING THE PATH OF SHAITAN.AND SHAITAN IS ENJOYING VERY MUCH BY MAKING THESE MUSLI MS BURN IN HELL FIRE WHO SAY THEIR PRAYERS 5 TIMES A DAY AND WHO KNOW ABOUT MOHAMMAD(SA).YOU WILL BE ASKED 3 QUESTIONS AFTER YOU DIE,ABOUT ALLAH, ABOUT YOUR RASUL AND ABOUT YOUR RELIGION.IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE ADVICES OF YOUR RASUL YOU CAN NOT ANSWER AND SURELY YOU ARE NOT FOLLOWING ISLAM.RASUL NEVER SAID TO SUICIDE BINDING BOMBS ON YOUR BODY OR KILL INNOCENT NON-MUSLIMS OR MUSLIMS.NEITHER DID OUR RELIGION ISLAM.IF SOME ONE ATTACKS YOU TO TAKE YOUR LAND OR KILL YOUR FAMILY YOU CAN FIGHT LIKE A BRAVE MUSLIM SOLDIER.AT THAT TIME IF YOU DIE THEN YOU WILL BE CALLED SHAHID THEN IT WILL BE THE ACT OF JIHAD.BUT ATTACKING THE TRAINS THE PLANES OR PUBLIC PLACES OF INNOCENT PEOPLE WILL ONLY BE YOUR TICKET TO HELL FIRE FOR .HOW UNLUCKY YOU WILL BE THOUGH YOU KNOW ABOUT ALLAH AND RASUL BUT STILL YOU WILL BE BURNED IN HELL FIRE.THERE ARE SOME BANKS WHICH OFFER INTERESTS IN PAYING AND RECEIVING MONEY.MUSLIMS ARE SO AFRAID TO WORK IN THESE BANKS BECAUSE IT IS HARAM TO TAKE OR RECEIVE OR BE INVOLVED WITH INTERESTS.THE MONEY THEY ARE EARNING BY WORKING IN THESE BANKS IS HARAM AND THEY ARE NOT SURE IF THEY DO HAZZ TO KABBAH BY THAT MONEY IF IT WILL BE GRANTED TO ALLAH.THEN TELL ME,IF YOU DO HAZZ KNOWING THAT YOU WILL KILL INNOCENT MUSLIMS OR NON-MUSLIMS WHO IN FUTURE MAY BECOME MUSLIMS OR RIGHT NOW FOLLOWING ISLAM AT THAT TIME WILL ALLAH GRANT YOUR HAZZ?WILL ALLAH FORGIVE YOUR SINS?YOU CAN NOT STOP CORRUPTION BY SUICIDE BOMBING ON INNOCENT PEOPLE YOU WILL MAKE IT MORE STRONGER.YOUR FELLOW MUSLIMS WILL SUFFER MORE BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPIDITY.MUSLIMS ARE NOT TERRORISTS AND ISLAM DOES NOT SUPPORT TERRORISM.

ALLAH SAID IN HIS BOOK THE QURAN:
"GOD DOES NOT FORBID YOU FROM SHOWING KINDNESS AND DEALING JUSTLY WITH THOSE WHO HAVE NOT FOUGHT YOU ABOUT RELIGION AND HAVE NOT DRIVEN YOU OUT OF YOUR HOMES, THAT YOU SHOULD SHOW THEM KINDNESS AND DEAL JUSTLY WITH THEM. GOD LOVES JUST DEALERS." [NOBLE QURAN 60:8]
"FIGHT IN THE CAUSE OF GOD AGAINST THOSE WHO FIGHT YOU, BUT DO NOT BEGIN AGGRESSION, FOR GOD LOVES NOT AGGRESSORS." [NOBLE QURAN 2:190]
"IF THEY SEEK PEACE, THEN SEEK YOU PEACE AND TRUST IN GOD FOR HE IS THE HEARER, THE KNOWER." [NOBLE QURAN 8:61]
" AND LET NOT THE HATRED OF OTHERS MAKE YOU AVOID JUSTICE. BE JUST: THAT IS NEXT TO PIETY; AND FEAR ALLAH, FOR ALLAH IS WELL-ACQUAINTED WITH ALL THAT YOU DO." [NOBLE QURAN 5:8]
"BUT (REMEMBER THAT AN ATTEMPT AT) REQUITING EVIL MAY, TOO, BECOME AN EVIL: HENCE WHOEVER PARDONS (HIS FOE) AND MAKES PEACE, HIS REWARD RESTS WITH ALLAH- FOR, VERILY HE DOES NOT LOVE TRANSGRESSORS." [NOBLE QURAN 42:40]
"THE GOOD DEED AND THE EVIL DEED ARE NOT ALIKE. REPEL THE EVIL DEED WITH ONE WHICH IS BETTER, THEN LO! HE BETWEEN WHOM AND THEE THERE WAS ENMITY, (WILL BECOME) AS THOUGH HE WAS A BOSOM FRIEND. [NOBLE QURAN 41:34]

SOME OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD'S TEACHINGS (SUNNAH):
HE PROHIBITED MUSLIM SOLDIERS FROM KILLING WOMEN, CHILDREN AND THE ELDERLY, OR CUT A PALM TREE, AND HE ADVISED THEM, "DO NOT BETRAY, DO NOT BE EXCESSIVE, DO NOT KILL A NEWBORN CHILD."
"WHOEVER HAS KILLED A PERSON HAVING A TREATY WITH THE MUSLIMS SHALL NOT SMELL THE FRAGRANCE OF PARADISE, THOUGH ITS FRAGRANCE IS FOUND FOR A SPAN OF FORTY YEARS."

"THE FIRST CASES TO BE ADJUDICATED BETWEEN PEOPLE ON THE DAY OF JUDGMENT WILL BE THOSE OF BLOODSHED." KILLING IS THE SECOND MAJOR SIN IN ISLAM.
"TRULY YOUR BLOOD, YOUR PROPERTY, AND YOUR HONOR ARE INVIOLABLE."
"THERE IS A REWARD FOR KINDNESS SHOWN TO EVERY LIVING ANIMAL OR HUMAN."

The Prophet (r) himself vividly warned Muslims to beware of such
deviations as had befallen the nations before them. He encouraged them to stick
closely to the path which he had tread. One day as he sat with his companions, he
drew a straight line in the dirt. He then drew a series of lines branching off from
either side of it. When the companions asked him what it meant, he pointed to the
branches and told them that they represented the various paths of misguidance in
this life. He went on to say that at the head of each path sat a devil inviting people
to it. After that, he pointed to the straight line in the middle and told them that it
represented the path of Allaah. When the companions asked for further
clarification, he told them that it was his path and he recited the following verse:
“This is my path leading straight, so follow it. And do not follow the
other paths, or else you will be separated from His (Allaah’s) path.”6

PEOPLE ARE GETTING MORE AND MORE AWARE ABOUT TERRORISM.AS I FOUND SOME ARTICLES ON WEB SITES SAYING THATS WHY TERRORIST GROUPS ARE MAKING NEW WAYS TO DO SUICIDE BOMBING.THEY ARE USING DRUGS BY FORCE.THEY ARE USING DRUGS ON THE VICTIMS AND MAKING THEM DO SUICIDE BOMBINGS AS THEY HAVE NO SENSE WHEN THEY ARE DRUG ADDICTED.IN SUCH CASE IF A VICTIM IS FORCED TO TAKE DRUGS AND IF THAT VICTIM FIGHTS AGAINST TAKING DRUGS THAT WILL BE AN ACT OF JIHAD.THAT KIND OF ACT FIGHTING AGAINST DRUGS FOR SUICIDE BOMBING MAY TAKE THAT PERSON TO JANNAH,THE EVER PROMISING PEACEFUL PLACE

MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED ALL THE BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS.SO MANY COLOURS OF ROSES I CAN SEE AND WONDER.MY ALLAH IS THE ONLY LORD WHO CREATED THE FROZEN ROSE TRYING TO SURVIVE IN THE COLD JUST LIKE US HUMAN BEING TRYING TO SURVIVE.THE RED ONE SHINING IN THE GARDEN.THE PINK ONE LIKE NEW BORN BABIES,THE PURPLE ONES LIKE BLINKING EYES IN GARDEN.AMAZINGLY I SEE THE SUNFLOWER.MY LORD CREATED IT JUST LIKE THE SUN EVEN MADE IT FOLLOW THE SUN ALL THE DAY LONG.SO WONDERFUL THE LITTLE FLOWERS ARE,LIKE LITTLE FAIRIES BLOWING IN THE WIND QUIETLY.
MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE AMAZING LIGHTS AND THE UNIVERSE ITSELF.THE UNIERSE SHINING IN THE SKY AT NIGHT SHOWING SO MANY COLOURS.MY ALLAH IS TRULY A GREAT ARTIST.AN ART, THE PAINTINGS ALLAH DID ON THE UNIVERSE, I JUST WATCH AND WONDER,HOW EXTRAORDINARY MYALLAH IS.MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE SUN, THE MOON,THE EARTH ,THE PLANETS ROATATING AND FOLOWING THE RULES OF ONE ALLAH.DAYS AND NIGHTS COME SIMULTANEOUSLY AS MENTIONED IN THE QURAN.
MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED SPARKLING WATER ON THE GRASS IN THE MORNING.I CAN SEE THESPARKLING GRASS WITH THE SUN RISING.SO BEAUTIFUL,SO WONDERFUL.MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE FALLING LEAVES IN WINTER.AGAIN NEW LEAVES COME IN SPRING.I HEAR THE BIRDS SINGING THE NATURE SHOWING IT’S BEAUTY.SO BEAUTIFUL MY ALLAH’S CREATION IS BUT STILL WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND AND WE DO NOT FOLLOW ALLAH.MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE BEAUTIFUL FEATHERS.AMAZING PAINTINGS ALLAH DID ON FEATHERS.I CAN NEVER CREATE AN ATOM OF THAT FEATHER .MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE SPARKLING ICE IN THE WINTER.IT MELTS DOWN WHEN THE SPRING COMES.HOW AMAZING MY ALLAH IS.
MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE LILIES ON WATER.THEY ARE SMILING AND FLOATING ON WATER.SO MANY WONDERFUL LILIES SINGING THE NAMES OF ALLAH.MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE RAINDROPS IN THE GARDEN.FALLING AND SINGING THE NAME OF ONE ALLAH.ALLAH IS TRULY THE GREATEST. ALLAH IS UNIQUE.MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE BLOWING WIND.THE WIND BLOWS AND THE FLOWERS DANCE.SO BEAUTIFUL SO WONDERFUL

MY ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE NORTHERN LIGHTS SHOWING COLOURFUL PATHS IN THE DARK.IF I CAN NOT TAKE A PEAK AT THE UNIVERSE LIGHT I CAN ATLEAST WATCH THE NORTHERN LIGHTS. SO CLOSE TO THE EARTH THE NORTHERN LIGHTS ARE AND SO FAR AWAY THE UNIVERSE LIGHTS ARE.ALLAH KEPT A BALANCE HERE.I KNOW ALLAH ALWAYS KEEPS A BA;LANCE EVERYWHERE.IF WE OPEN OUR EYES WE CAN UNDERSTAND.I CAN GO ON LOOKING AT THOSE LIGHTS AND THINK OF ALLAH.ALLAH IS SO AMAZING AND AMAZING IS ALLAH’S CREATION.HOW CAN ALLAH FORGIVE US IF WE COMPARE ALLAH’S POWER WITH OTHERS? ALLAH WILL NEVER FORGIVE US.ALLAH SAID A TRUTH IN THE QURAN IF WE HUMAN GO ON WRITING ABOUT ALLAH’S VALUES AND BEAUTY THE SEAS FULL OF INK WILL END BUT OUR WRITING WILL NEVER END.I CAN UNDERSTAND I CAN NEVER END WRITING ABOUT ALLAH

When we look behind and read the history then we come to know about few immortal beings, indeed they are alive with us because their high status that they achieved by living life in such a great way, and became examples for us till the world end.

It's urged that we not only remind them but also follow their path and adopt their ways of life so shall we get success like them. Islam is a religion that give women high status. Lets recalls our memories about four greatest women of Paradise. Indeed these great ladies are true source of strength and inspiration.

Hazart Anas (May Allah Be Pleased With Him) reports that Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) has said: "The best women of mankind are four: Maryam daughter of `Imraan, Asiya wife of Pharaoh, Khadija daughter of Khuwailid, and Fatima the daughter of the Messenger of Allaah." [Bukhari and Muslim]

This hadith is about four women who acquired perfection in faith and character by virtue of their devotion, patience and morality. Their lives are guidance and examples for all believers, especially in times of hardship, difficulty and struggle.

The great Lady Fatimah (May Allah Be Pleased With Her) is a daughter of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) from his first wife Lady Khadija-tul-Kubra (May Allah Be Pleased With Her). She was born a few years after the declaration of Prophet-hood of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) and grew up under extremely difficult and trying times for the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) and his family.

Lady Fatimah (May Allah Be Pleased With Her) called by many titles on the behalf of her moral and physical characteristics. The most used title is "az-Zahra" meaning "the shining one" After the death of her mother, as she was a patient, caring and loving child she looked after her father the Prophet of Islam so devoutly that Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) used to call her “Umme Abiha”, means "the mother her father." She was also known as "al-Batul" (the chaste and pure one) as she spent much of her time in prayer, reciting the Quran and in other acts of worship.

She faced many problems and difficulties but she showed an enormous amount of patience. She went through a lot. Her mother died when she was 10yrs old. And she saw her father who was known as the truthful and trustworthy being hit and hurt. She was by his side through thick and thin. And her father migrated and left her, and she then migrated after him. And she lost her 3 sisters and then her brothers also died. She remained at her father's side through the difficulties suffered by him at the hands of the non-believers of Mecca. She was patient through all of this. She is known to never had complained against the hardship that she and her family suffered.

After migration to Medina, she married Ali ibn Abi Talib (May Allah Be Pleased With Him), Prophet Muhammad's (Peace Be Upon Him) cousin. She was mother of four children. After her marriage, the noble and compassionate couple led a life of abject poverty.

For several years after her marriage, she did all of the work by herself. The shoulder on which she carried pitchers of water from the well was swollen and the hand with which she worked the hand mill to grind corn where often covered with blisters. Lady Fatimah (May Allah Be Pleased With Her) take care of the household work, make dough, bake bread, and clean the house. When the economic situations become better, she gained some maids but treated them like her family and performed the house duties with them.

Lady Fatima (May Allah Be Pleased With Her) played a major role in the life of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) and was his greatest comfort and motivation, she was greatly loved by him. She had the greatest resemblance to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) in appearance, character, walking. She was very close to her father and her distinction from other women is mentioned in many hadith. She was noble, kind and a great person like her father.

Lady Fatimah ( May Allah Be Pleased With Her) was a loving and devoted daughter, mother, wife, a sincere Muslim, and she is as an example for men and women.

Lady Maryam-Mary (May Allah Pleased With Her) the mother of Prophet Isa-Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him), is considered one of the most righteous women. She gave birth to a son by a special miracle, without the intervention of the customary physical means. This of course does not mean that she was more than human, any more than her son Prophet Isa-Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) was more than inhuman.

Lady Maryam's respectable parents are Hazrat Emraan and Hazrat Hannah. In her old age, Hazrat Hannah was expecting a child. With the birth of a son in mind, she made an oath to Allah that the child to be born would be freed from all worldly affairs and specially dedicated to Allah's service. Almighty Allah blessed her with a daughter. And she was dedicated to the service of Allah.

The Qur'an narrates that Mary grew up in the temple of the prayer, and had a special place in the temple of her own. She was placed under the care of the Prophet Zechariah (Peace Be Upon Him).

Lady Maryam-Mary (May Allah Pleased With Her), grew up in a very pious religious environment, always remaining busy in the worship of her Creator Almighty Allah. According to the Quran Lady Maryam-Mary (May Allah Pleased With Her), was chosen above all women.

The virgin birth of Prophet Isa-Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) is supremely important in Islam, as one of the most important miracles of Allah (God). The Qur'an states clearly & it is also our part of faith that Prophet Isa-Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) was the result of a virgin birth, but that neither Lady Maryam-Mary (May Allah Pleased With Her), nor her son were divine. Prophet Isa-Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) was born miraculously by the will of Allah (God) without a father and Allah (God) has the power to do anything.

Quran says Allah sent an angel to Lady Maryam to inform about the miracle birth of a son;

"She said, 'from where shall I have a son, no man has touched me, nor I am an unchaste? He said, 'so it is, your Lord has said, this is easy to me', and that We make it a sign for the people and a mercy from Us, and this matter is already decreed. Now Maryam conceived it, then she went away with him to a far off place." Surah Maryam : Ayat 120-22

She listened this and bowed before inevitable divine command. After a few days she conceived the baby left and moved to a remote place. After the delivery she came back.

According to Quran as she came back people of her city started to blame her;

"Then she brought him to her people taking him in her lap. They said, 'no 'doubt, you have committed a very vile thing.' 'O sister of Haroon! your father was not a wicked man and nor was your mother an unchaste woman." Surah Maryam : Ayat 27-28

People made her life miserable and put false accusation on her., they knew about her modesty and virtuosity but they did not pay any heed to her. She endured that situation with a great patience and stood like a rock for her son against those inevitable, regretful problems.

Lady Maryam-Mary (May Allah Pleased With Her) is regarded as a chaste and virtuous woman. In Islam, she is known by her exalted titles such as The Virgin, The Purified, The Exalted, Mother of Prophet Isa-Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him), Keeper of Chastity, Mystic, Female Exemplar, Maternal Heroine, Queen of the Saints.

Lady Asiya (May Allah Be Pleased with her)

Lady Asiya (May Allah Be Pleased with her), wife of the Pharaoh, is known by Muslims as one of the greatest women of all time.

The Qur'an chronicles her as a great person and she is respected all the more by Muslims as she was married to one of the most evil men in history, but never lost faith in God and remained steadfast in prayer and belief.

"And Allah sets forth the example of muslims, the wife of Firawn.

When she said, 'O my Lord! Build a house for me in the Paradise with You and deliver me from Firawn and his work and deliver me from the people unjust." Surah At-Tahrim : Ayat 11

God had chosen her to provide refuge to Prophet Mosa(Moses) Peace Be Upon Him, when he was an infant. When her maids brought the cradle of Prophet Mosa(Moses) Peace Be Upon Him from the river, she insisted to Pharaoh that she wanted to adopt that infant as a child:

And the wife of Firawn, said, 'this child is the comfort to me and you, slay him not perhaps he may profit us or we may take him for a son,' and they were unaware. Surah Al-Qasas : Ayat 9

Lady Asiya (May Allah Be Pleased With Her) worshipped God in secret and praying in disguise fearing her husband. She died while being tortured by her husband, who had discovered her monotheism.

A righteous lady married to the biggest tyrant,

Her husband denied the truth so vehemently,

Yet she worshipped the One True Lord secretly,

Of Islam she was a strong adherent.

She was most beloved to the worst oppressor,

But she gave up riches amongst richest and chose to suffer,

She wasn’t willing to give up the truth,

When she was tortured for days on end, Islam was there to sooth.

A smile on her face she constantly had,

And they even resorted to calling her mad,

It was the truth and beauty of Islam that she had tasted,

Her life was for Allah only and nothing was wasted.

Years before the seeds had already been planted,

She was inspired to take in the baby Moosa (Peace and Blessings be upon him),

When it was the baby boys heads that Fir’aun (Pharaoh) wanted,

Allah’s plan triumphed and He provided the answer.

Aasiyah (May Allah be pleased with her), indeed your sacrifice was not in vain,

Allah was the witness of your suffering and pain.

Promised Jannah (Paradise) by Allah Most High,

Your beautiful story makes me want to cry.

Your love for Allah was so much,

And I can only wish that I had your strength,

You are a true and perfect example for us,

Clearly epitomising what's important in life.

I've noticed in my life that we all want to be loved, understood and cared about. But often what we get, instead, is a feeling of being misunderstood, rejected and betrayed.

In society we're taught it's not OK to feel pain or hurt. Men, especially, feel they're not strong if they feel pain or hurt. It's crucial that we allow ourselves to feel those vulnerable feelings, because we can't heal them unless we're willing to feel them.

If we observe, we will noticed many forms of betrayal, that we might face in our lives. Like breaking the commitment of any type, betrayal in friendship, infidelity.

Another kind of betrayal is withholding or withdrawing, so we don't really share our feelings and what's going on inside of us. Our feelings, our hopes, our fears, our longings, our hurts, and even little misunderstandings & complains, we keep them secret from the other person. That creates distance in any relationship.

We need to learn how to grieve the hurt of betrayal, so we don't carry forward those hurts, close down and become bitter. That's the real tragedy of betrayal, when people close down and become bitter towards life. We need to learn how to grieve the hurt & compose our self so we can open our hearts again to another possibility, another relationship. For a healthy relationship we have to create a climate of trust, love, care & honor, so we minimize the prospect of betrayal.

A Secret Fightin(Masturbation)

Today; I am going to pull your attention towards a very sensitive topic. A secret struggle that takes place among those, who are habitual of it. It is a struggle against their own body, if a person will not fight against it, it will take complete hold on doer and make him/her slave of dirty and lustful desires. Mostly people even not realize what is it. It is a private behavior rarely shared or discussed in public. I have chosen to write about masturbation a topic which is commonly perceived as taboo because it is an unpleasant and unethical act. Masturbation is very evil indeed, it is impermissible (haraam) to masturbate.
It is very delicate topic need to be discussed under Islamic and ethical, healthy and positive point of view just for awareness and cure sake.

You should know by doing this you are displeasing to Allah(God).

The main reason why am I writing this article? I got a mail from an unknown who was crying for help and want to know an Islamic and complete perspective on it, he was feeling too ashamed to ask about anyone from his family and friends, as it is totally forbidden in Islam though other cultures and religions oppose the use of masturbation or even label it as sinful. This can lead to guilt or shame about the behavior.

I am trying to give him answers of his questions and also giving recommendations to cure this lustful sin after research like I always do before posting (about any vast and sensitive topic) as I am not much knowledgeable.

Masturbation (for both men and women) is haraam (forbidden) in Islam.

Allah says in Quran:

And those who guard their private parts. But from their wives and from those whom their hands possess. They are not to be blamed for them. And who seeks others save those two then they are the transgressors.

Surah Al-Ma'arij : Ayat 29 to 31

Some hadith that are quoted :

1: A narration attributed to Abdullaah ibn Mas’ood reports:

We were with the Prophet Muhammad (peace Be Upon Him) while we were young and had no wealth whatsoever. So Allaah’s Messenger said, "O young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.), and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power." Bukhari:5066.

2: A narration attributed to Abd-Allah ibn Mas'ud reports: Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, 'O group of youth! Whoever from among you can marry should do so because it keeps the gaze low and it protects the private parts. And he who cannot marry should make it compulsory upon himself to fast because it breaks lust.'

3: A narration attributed to Anas ibn Malik reports:

Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, 'The person who performs Nikah with his hands (i.e. masturbates) is cursed.

3: A narration attributed to Sa'id ibn Jubayr reports:

Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, 'Allah Taãla will inflict a punishment on a group of people because they played with their private parts.'

Masturbation can be more addictive than heroin.

Many people are secretly fighting against with this lustful monster to defeat it. They feel very guilty and cheap about themselves being trapped by this dirty act. A act that is actually a sin against their own body. This sin also cheating against your partner or future partner.

In this phase you become more disturbed with multi thoughts going on your mind, at one point you feel a great shame and regret on other side you want it to do indeed Satan try to bring you closer the dirty act, giving the feeling of as it's not a big deal, it's normal no one is watching you, you are not giving harm to any. Indeed these all are lies.

In this way you disrespect your body.

Gradually you are going to become addicted and weaker. Your demands increases for more and more, you feel defeated loose your will power or power of resistance and feel hopeless and helpless. Indeed these thoughts are your weak faith, Allah is always there for you ask help from Him, if you are really want help against it.

Be assured that you can be cured of your difficulty. Many have been, both male and female, and you can be also if you determine that it must be so. This determination is the first step. That is where we begin. You must decide that you will end this practice, and when you make that decision, the problem will be greatly reduced at once. It must be actually a decision. If you truly make up your mind that you will be cured, then you will have the strength to resist any tendencies which you may have and any temptations which may come to you.

It's harms are great:

Islam does not prohibit a thing unless it has a great harm.

It does not fit the dignity of a respectable man. The clearest evidence on its ugliness is that the doer feels disgust with himself after finishing this act.

I have come across countless articles and opinions stating how masturbation is "a healthy practice", the more I saw these false comments, the more I felt the need to correct this misconception!

Not all that doctors say is true. There are other doctors that say the opposite. What is important to us is what our Wise Creator Allah says. He is more aware of His creatures. Islam, which is the speech of Allah, is clear in its verdicts. The Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) has prohibited it.

Masturbation is an extremely unhealthy practice, considered unlawful and sinful in our tradition, which has many personal and societal ill-effects known and recognized by Muslims and many non-Muslims alike. It affects a person in the long-run, ruining one’s marriage, impairing one’s physical health, reducing one’s ability to be proactive in the daily chores, and harming one’s religious and spiritual growth by distancing one from one’s Lord.

The side effects:

Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time

Lower back pain

Thinning hair / Hair Loss

Soft / Weak Erection

Premature Ejaculation

Eye floaters or fuzzy vision

Groin / Testicular Pain

Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone

Bad memory, low concentration, nervousness, weak nerves, anxiety and feeling bad.

Body uses alot of energy to create semen.

Melancholy, loneliness, and complexes

Absent-mindedness and sense of inferiority among the people excessively fond of masturbation.

Depression happen after each self indulgence.

Masturbation habit leads to some neurological disorders. Too much irritation trembles on hand and arm, dizziness, sleeplessness, debilitation on backs and feet and tiredness are produced due to masturbation.

Masturbation is an unhealthy sexual behavior. Like other unpleasant and risky behaviors, when addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances. Large number of women and men have practiced masturbation—but when done, it causes drastic changes in brain and body chemistry.

Remember, we don’t only have physical health to look after, we also have spiritual health which we need to tend to just as much!

Fear of Allah Almighty:

Whoever has been tested with this must repent to Allah and regret what he has done, and resolve not to do it again. Keep a positive mental attitude.

It is beyond doubt that a man will take account of his every act. , if he thinks of that Allah is always watching him and is aware of everything that he does, no matter if they are apparent or hidden. If the idea is rooted in a person that The Almighty God is constantly watching him, Allah will call him to account because of his sins, going beyond the boundaries, He will punish him due to his disobedience then he will, without any doubt, shun all kinds of destroying acts, misbehaviors and perversities.

Allah described in Quran:

Then as for him who rebelled;

And preferred the life of this world,

Then undoubtedly, the hell his destination.

But as to him who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained his soul from evil desires;

Then undoubtedly, the Paradise is his destination. Surah An-Nazi'at : Ayat 37-41

Here are recommendations:
1: The motive to seek a cure for this problem should be solely following Allah's orders and fearing His punishment.
2: A permanent and quick cure from this problem lies in marriage as soon as the person is able, as shown in the Prophet Muhammad's (Peace Be Upon Him) hadith.
3: Keeping oneself busy with what is good for this world and the hereafter is essential in breaking this habit before it becomes second nature after which it is very difficult to rid oneself of it.
4: Lowering the gaze (from looking at forbidden things such as pictures, movies etc.) will help suppress the desire before it leads one to commit the haraam (forbidden). Allah orders men and women to lower their gaze as shown in the following two verses and in the Prophet Muhammad's (Peace Be Upon Him) hadith (interpretations of the meanings):
"Order the Muslim men to lower down their sights a little (from looking at forbidden things) and to guard their private parts. This is cleaner for them, undoubtedly, Allah is Aware of their deeds.
And order the Muslim women to lower down their sights a little (from looking at forbidden things) and guard their chastity," Surah An-Nur : Ayat 30-31
Allah's messenger said: "Do not follow a casual (unintentional) look (at forbidden things) with another look." Al-Tirmidhi 2777. This is a general instruction by the Prophet to abstain from all that may sexually excite a person because it might lead him/her to commit the haraam (forbidden).

5: Using one's available leisure time in worshipping Allah and increasing religious knowledge.
6: Being cautious not to develop any of the medical symptoms that may result from masturbation such as weak eyesight, weak nervous system, and/or back pain. More importantly, feeling of guilt and anxiety that can be complicated by missing obligatory prayers because of the need to shower (ghusl) after every incidence of masturbation.
7: Avoiding the illusion that some youth have that masturbation is permissible because it prevents them from committing illegal sexual acts such as fornication or even homosexuality.
8: Reduce the amount of spices and condiments in your food. Eat as lightly as possible at night.

9: Avoid bad company, and endeavor to stay in the company of the pious and righteous, in the Mosque, and with learned Ulama as much as possible.

10; If you are associated with other persons having this same problem, You must cut off them. Never associate with other people having the same weakness. Don't suppose that two of you will quit together, you never will. You must get away from people of that kind.

11: When you bathe, do not admire yourself in a mirror. Never stay in the bath more than five or six minutes.

12: Strengthening one's willpower and avoiding spending time alone as recommended by the Prophet when he said "Do not spend the night alone" Ahmad 6919.
13: Following the Prophet's aforementioned hadeeth and fast when possible because fasting will temper one's sexual desire and keep it under control. However, one should not overreact and swear by Allah not to return to the act because if one does not honor one's promise, one would be facing the consequences of not living up to one's oath to Allah. Also, note that medication to diminish one's sexual desire is strictly prohibited because it might permanently affect one's sexual ability.
14: Trying to follow the Prophet's recommendation concerning the etiquette of getting ready for bed, such as reading well-known supplications, sleeping on the right side, and avoiding sleeping on the belly (the Prophet forbade sleeping on the belly).
15: Striving hard to be patient and chaste, because persistence will eventually, Allah willing, lead to attaining those qualities as second nature, as the Prophet explains in the following hadith:
"Whoever seeks chastity Allah will make him chaste, and whoever seeks help from none but Allah, He will help him, and whoever is patient He will make it easy for him, and no one has ever been given anything better than patience." Bukhari:1469.
16: Repenting, asking forgiveness from Allah, doing good deeds, and not losing hope and feeling despair are all prerequisites to curing this problem. Note that losing hope is one of the major sins punishable by Allah.
17: Finally, Allah is the Most Merciful and He always responds to whoever calls on Him. So, asking for Allah's forgiveness will be accepted, by His will.
18: Eat more soybean products and eliminating excessive caffeine from your diet. Focus on nutty foods like sunflower seeds, and peanuts and eat more sea foods, seaweed, vegetables, and try to minimize red meat and dairy product intake. Instead of soda, try drinking orange juice or cranberry juice and, of course, drink plenty of water.

You can win this fight! The joy and strength you will feel when you do will give your whole life a radiant and spiritual glow of satisfaction and fulfillment.
